According the Fox News, the HDTV master code has finally been cracked. For those who do not know, the HDTV signal is encrypted as to not allow direct duplication. Basically this stops duplication of the data stream to prevent perfect carbon copies of HDTV signals. Now, competing devices can be made that can not only access this data but also duplicate it.

For every security measure or DRM scheme that corporate agents and their politicians dream up, one lone individual destroys it within a blink of an eye. Multi-million dollar corporations and heavily armed government thugs are no match for a teenager with a laptop.
